The company focuses on the design of single-photon avalanche diodes (SPAD) and dToF sensor chips, with products including SiPM, 3D stacked dToF modules, and limited-point dToF sensors, widely applied in automotive, smartphones, robotics, automatic control, human-computer interaction, smart home, etc. It uses BSI 3D stacking technology for high performance.
