Sichuan Huiyuan Plastic Optical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of low-loss PMMA plastic optical fibers, cables and related application products. Since 2000, through independent R&D of fiber materials, manufacturing equipment and production processes, the company became the first in China to achieve mass production of low-loss PMMA plastic optical fibers in 2003, breaking foreign monopolies and filling a domestic gap. Subsequently, the company undertook national key scientific and technological projects and industrialization upgrade projects, realizing independent production of PMMA core materials and fluororesin cladding materials, with fiber attenuation ≤0.2dB/m, reaching advanced international levels.
