Guangxi Hurricane Chip Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is a manufacturer of gallium nitride semiconductor laser diodes, with production covering the entire industrial chain from epitaxy, processing to packaging and testing. After nearly 20 years of rigorous research and technical accumulation by dozens of PhDs, the team has developed a complete set of original and brand-new crystal epitaxy technology, and on this basis further overcame the preparation process and packaging and testing challenges of gallium nitride lasers, making Hurricane Chip Technology one of the very few companies in the world capable of mass-producing such devices. The production line of Hurricane Chip Technology has now been officially put into operation, including eight major process stations such as epitaxy and yellow light; the personnel include dozens of core technical personnel such as facility engineers and process engineers. Hurricane Chip Technology's gallium nitride semiconductor laser products cover wavelengths such as violet, blue, and green, with a wide power range and flexible packaging forms; they will be widely used in important fields such as laser TV, laser projection, non-ferrous metal welding, laser lighting, laser indication, laser surgery, augmented reality, and laser communication.
