Guangxi Hurricane Chip Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020, is an enterprise manufacturing GaN semiconductor laser diodes, covering the entire industrial chain of epitaxy, process and packaging/testing. After nearly 20 years of hard research and technical accumulation by dozens of doctors, the team developed a set of original and brand-new crystal epitaxy technology, and on this basis further overcame the difficulties in the preparation process and packaging/testing of GaN lasers, making Hurricane Chip one of the very few enterprises in the world capable of mass-producing this device. The production line has been officially put into operation, covering eight process sites including epitaxy and yellow light; personnel include dozens of core technical staff such as facility engineers and process engineers. Hurricane Chip's GaN semiconductor laser products cover violet, blue, green and other wavelengths, with a wide range of power and flexible packaging forms; they will be widely used in laser TV, laser projection, non-ferrous metal welding, laser lighting, laser indication, laser surgery, augmented reality, laser communication and other important fields.
