Microsource Photon (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, has a founding team mainly from Peking University with years of research in novel optoelectronic technologies. The company owns multiple patents in optoelectronics and has established a complete system from chip design, production, packaging to laser and module design and manufacturing through its Shenzhen headquarters, Beijing branch, and Zhangjiagang subsidiary. Its main products include narrow-linewidth semiconductor frequency-stabilized lasers and modules, narrow-linewidth semiconductor frequency-modulated lasers and modules, and photonic crystal lasers. These products are widely applied in coherent optical communication, LiDAR, optical fiber sensing, laser ranging, and scientific research.
