The predecessor of the company was the Optical Processing Department of the Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which was established in 1988. The company has accumulated more than 4,000 kinds of optical components, and currently has thousands of spot inventories available for experimental testing, saving R&D experimental cycles and new product proofing costs. Processing is dominated by Korean equipment, with more than 120 units; testing has 2 Zygo interferometers and 1 Veeco interferometer, which can control the local aperture and radius of curvature of the lens in real time, and provide PV reports of components tested by ZYGO interferometer. Equipped with more than 700 square meters of clean room for assembly and debugging of high-end lenses, currently can quantitatively and accurately measure a series of key indicators such as lens eccentricity, focal length, image quality, transmitted wavefront, star point, etc., to ensure high stability and consistency of the lens.
