Xi'an Tangjing Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone, focusing on the R&D and production of III-V compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers on GaAs and InP substrates using MOCVD equipment, and providing professional epitaxial growth customization services. The company has an international first-class MOCVD epitaxial process experience technical team, has overcome key technical problems in epitaxial wafer growth, and its important parameters have reached or exceeded international advanced levels. Tangjing Quantum is one of the few foundry platforms in China with mass production capability of GaAs and InP compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers. The new production base project of Tangjing Quantum is located in the core planning area of Silk Road Science City in Xi'an High-tech Zone. It plans to build multiple R&D and production lines for GaAs and InP compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers, and it is expected that the annual output of epitaxial wafers will exceed 100,000 pieces after completion. The completion of this project will further strengthen the company's industrialization advantages in semiconductor lasers, photodetectors and HBT RF epitaxial wafers, promote the improvement of technical level and industrial agglomeration of the semiconductor industry and new material industry, promote domestic digital and intelligent construction, and help "China Chip" set sail.
