In 2014, HTOE Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group. HTOE Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of semiconductor laser devices and application products. As an early pioneer in the domestic semiconductor laser market, it possesses a complete semiconductor laser process and production chain from device structure design, epitaxial growth, chip process, device packaging, to fiber coupling, with full independent R&D and mass production capabilities.
