OptoChip Photonics Ltd. is mainly engaged in independent research and development of various industrial-grade high-end optical chips for optical communication and optical sensing, overseas tape-out production, domestic device packaging, and development of demodulator equipment. The product series include: DBR and narrow-linewidth ring-type tunable laser chips and devices with narrow wavelength tunability and C-band, C+L band tunability; tunable laser chips and optical modules with EA modulators; O-band and C-band SOA, SLED, Gain Chip chips and devices; various DFB laser chips and devices; and fully independently controllable tunable laser scanning modules and demodulator modules, etc. In addition, OptoChip Photonics has a complete butterfly packaging production line that can undertake various butterfly packaging foundry services.
