Low Ripple PD
Xuhai Optoelectronics' Low Ripple PD uses a distinctive optical package to meet low-interference-noise requirements in optical sensing. It eliminates optical interference within the PD, greatly reducing ripple and optical noise and producing a flat reference baseline that remains stable with temperature. High responsivity and very low optical ripple are maintained across the operating range, particularly important when comparing measured and reference signals.
