S11639 Detector module
This high-speed, low-noise detector driver module uses a Hamamatsu S11639 linear CMOS detector for an excellent spectral signal-to-noise ratio. An integrated temperature sensor monitors ambient temperature in real time, while an internal drift-compensation algorithm minimizes temperature drift across the operating range. The module integrates into common spectral measurement systems for high-resolution ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared detection. The Jianzhi SR50C fiber spectrometer equipped with this module supports custom spectral ranges within 200-1100nm. A mercury-argon lamp spectrum demonstrates driver operation over 200~1000nm.
