High-precision optical components include a series of optical components such as high-precision prisms, windows, lenses, mirrors, beam splitters, filters, waveplates, etc., widely used in optical instruments, medical equipment, measuring instruments, optical communications, electronic products, laser processing, infrared remote sensing, thermal imaging, and other fields. Optical processing from raw material cutting, forming, grinding, polishing, centering, edging, coating, cementing and other processes can all be completed in-house. We provide services from sample to mass production. The Vacuum Technology R&D Division was established on May 1, 2012. In the three years since its establishment, it has completed the design and manufacture of 19 fully automatic optical vacuum coating machines, which are deeply trusted by customers. The main technology consists of the Electrical Automation Department and the Mechanical Design Department. The core personnel of the automation department is Engineer Song Shuwei. Engineer Song comes from Japan's Shincron Co., Ltd. (formerly Henan Zhongguangxue Group Equipment Company) and has experience in manufacturing hundreds of various fully automatic optical vacuum coating machines. The personnel of the mechanical design department all have many years of experience in vacuum machinery manufacturing. The ZX-10D e-type electron gun produced by our company uses electromagnets and controls the electron beam angle via electricity. The electron beam deflection angle is 270º, which can be vertically incident into the crucible, fully melting the surface of oxides that are difficult to melt (SiO2, TiO2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, etc.), avoiding spitting and contamination of the coated object (substrate). Electron beam evaporation can well control film thickness, control film uniformity, increase coating consistency and repeatability, and the film is easy to control. The fully automatic programmable scanner (hereinafter referred to as scanner) produced by our company is specially designed for electron guns. The scanner cleverly combines analog and digital circuits and has an RS232 communication interface, enabling communication with a computer, playing an indispensable role in the automatic control of coating equipment.
