1550nm Short-Pulse LiDAR Light Source Module

Transmit Power: 30dBm Antenna Gain: 14dBm Target Radar Cross Section: 2 m²

The transmit signal of a continuous-wave radar can be a single-frequency continuous wave (CW) or a frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW). There are also various frequency modulation methods, commonly including triangular wave, sawtooth wave, coded modulation or noise frequency modulation, etc. Single-frequency continuous-wave radar can only be used for velocity measurement and cannot measure distance, whereas FMCW radar can measure both distance and velocity, and its advantages in short-range measurement are becoming increasingly evident.

Ranging Method: TOF Detection Distance [max.]: 50m(max.) Blind Zone: 1m

Clearance LiDAR emits electromagnetic waves or laser beams and uses echo signals to analyze target distance and velocity information. The radar adopts time-of-flight (TOF) technology and emits millimeter-wave signals with a linearly varying frequency. When a blade enters the monitoring area, a frequency difference is generated between the echo signal and the transmit signal, and the distance and velocity can be precisely resolved through Fourier transform.

Operating frequency band: Fundamental transmission: 5.5-6.1GHz Operating frequency band: Harmonic detection: 5.8GHz Antenna port instantaneous pulse power: 20W

Harmonic radar is a radar system that transmits a fundamental signal (such as electromagnetic waves), receives the 2nd, 3rd, or even higher-order harmonic/combination-wave signals re-radiated by the target, and judges, identifies, and detects the target. Its core lies in utilizing the nonlinear characteristics of the target (such as metal junctions, PN junctions, etc.) to generate harmonic signals, thereby realizing a detection method different from that of traditional radar.
