Overview
The Saturn-ML hand-input concentricity detector Saturn-ML concentricity detector is a self-researched manual material developed and produced by Zilong Technologies; automatic rotation; and auto-focused cocardial concentricity detector. The device uses the principle of microoptic imaging; the coronary of the core and inner cylinders is calculated using the beat of the perforated centre of the core. Through the principles of optical imaging; the precise calculation of the true circle of the inner hole; parameters such as the diameter of the inner hole and the dirty point rate of the inner hole; and the slotting of samples according to criteria set by the user. Performance indicators 1. Full self-defined slotting information and distribution The equipment uses multiple slotting models; users can use concentricity indicators; real circle indicators or a combination of two indicators to slotting cores; and additional supporting conditions can be added to screen for unsatisfactory cores. In addition, users can rank the physical position of each slot by setting different coordinates; the slotting can be liberalized. 2. The device is designed to use a sophisticated design of internal and external light sources; it is capable of switching in real time the inner and end images showing the core. Magnifying images of the end of the core can be seen; also the stains of the inner core. 3. Stable and accurate measurements and comprehensive data presentation Advanced algorithms and sophisticated packaging designs of software; allowing for super-stable stability and accuracy for each test. The software has a well-developed data analysis capability; it can record nearly 100 test results and perform statistical analysis of data; and it produces trend maps for each parameter. 4. The smart dirty anti-Satrn-AT concentricity detection software is capable of neutralizing the soil by algorithms; it uses valid data to calculate and position the circle. Using the minimum two-multiplier method, a distribution of 70 circles is used to calculate the concentricity of the core. 5.
