Corneal Reshaping Laser Scanning System
Corneal Reshaping Laser Scanning System The corneal reshaping laser scanning system is the core optical module for femtosecond laser-assisted corneal refractive surgery (LASIK, SMILE). The system precisely focuses femtosecond laser pulses to a specific depth in the corneal stroma, forming lenticular tissue through point-by-point scanning, which is then separated and removed to change the corneal curvature and correct refractive errors. Zizaichuanshang Optics provides complete optical path design solutions, including beam expansion and collimation modules, high-speed scanning galvo control optical paths, focusing objectives and real-time confocal monitoring systems. Our optical systems have the following core advantages: focused spot diameter <2μm with micron-level positioning accuracy; scanning range covering a φ10mm corneal area to accommodate different correction needs; equipped with a real-time OCT navigation optical path for intraoperative monitoring of cutting depth and position, ensuring surgical safety. For different laser wavelengths (1030nm/1045nm), we perform dedicated optimization of chromatic and other aberrations in the lens groups, ensuring focused energy concentration without sidelobe damage. The system is widely used in refractive surgery equipment, corneal transplant instruments and ophthalmic research platforms, helping doctors achieve precise, minimally invasive and personalized corneal reshaping.
