Compared with existing probes, the single-crystal sensor provides good thermal stability and convenient mounting. It installs from the top of the vacuum chamber, with cooling tubes perpendicular to the crystal face. Exposed crystal electrodes are properly grounded to reduce RF interference. Advantages: A front-loading crystal holder provides direct contact without intermediate parts. 4xM5 screws replace the traditional large G 1-inch nut for easy installation; chamber opening is stated as 26.5 and thickness ≤18mm. Enlarged cooling passages prevent inadequate cooling and scale blockage. An imported integrated MICRODOT T0 BNC connector, using a high-temperature Ni-C alloy vacuum process, prevents water-related short circuits. Length and vacuum interfaces can be customized. Repeatedly removable inlet/outlet locking-nut fittings are available, with default 12x8 water tubing.
